Trail Mix of Champions

Makes 5 cups 
3 cups High fiber cereal (5grams of fiber or more) 
1 cup Nuts: walnuts or almonds (handful of pumpkinseeds is nice too) 
1 cup Dried fruit: (apples and cranberries have less sugar than raisins) 

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 

• Use dried fruit that does not have sulfur in it. 
• Package in snack size zip lock bags to avoid over snacking 
• Can also throw in a handful of non-dairy chocolate chips 


Makes 10 servings (1/2 cup each). 

Per serving (35g): 150 Calories, 7.3g fat, 0.7g sat fat, 21g carbohydrate, 3.2g protein, 3.2g fiber, 14mg calcium, 1mg iron, 35mg sodium
