Indulging has never been easier with these sweet treats.
Play around with recipes to tailor to your own taste buds and what your body tolerates.


Banana, Nut & Coconut Ice cream 

3 frozen bananas
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (coconut milk, soy milk, etc.)
2 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
Dash of cinnamon 

Blend frozen bananas and almond milk until creamy. Add nut butter blend until incorporated and place into a container. Freeze.

Recipe adapted from 

Chocolate Avocado Pudding 

2 ripe avocados
½ cup light coconut milk
6 tbsp caco powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tbsp raw honey
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 pinches of sea salt 

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 4 servings.

Adapted from 

Chia Seed Pudding 

1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A dash of Kosher salt
¼ cup chia seeds 

For something a little extra puree mangos or peaches for topping. 

Stir all ingredients well and cover in an air tight container. Make sure chia seeds are evenly distributed. Refrigerate overnight.
