Blueberry Kale Avocado Oat Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes            Makes: 2 servings
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 medium kale leaves, chopped
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
Directions- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
IBD-AID Phase II* and III (as tolerated). For Phase II, may need to strain out seeds from blueberries and/or presoak chia seeds.
