Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup frozen blueberries*
About 10 frozen grapes
About 2 Tbsps of Greek yogurt – plain; nonfat or lowfat

Directions:  

Mix all in blender to desired consistency.  For an icier smoothie, add a small amount of ice part way through the blending cycle. 

Other frozen fruits can be added or substituted – orange or clementine segments, watermelon, strawberries*, raspberries*, mango, peaches, whatever you have on hand and enjoy!   

*Avoid berries if you are having difficulty with seeds.
