Slow-Cooker Mexican Savory Oat

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup red pepper finely chopped (may need to peel)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
Directions:

Place all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook for 2-4 hours on low heat.
