Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

(Be careful, they’re addictive)
Serves about 4


  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 clove garlic minced (optional
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Rinse Brussel sprouts well.
  3. Remove ends, cut in half and throw in a bowl.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, olive oil salt and pepper.
  5. Add cleaned Brussel sprouts and mix until coated.
  6. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Put Brussels sprouts on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 30 – 35 minutes.
