Elizabeth’s Turkey Burger

Serves 4


  • 1 lb. Ground Organic Turkey
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Onion
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Tamari
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond Flour (takes the place of bread crumbs really well)
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. cold pressed mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Form into flat patties.
  2. Use a no stick pan with 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Sear/brown on first side and cook for 2 minutes on medium high.
  3. Reduce heat, flip and cook on second side for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Spread Miso on top (thin layer) and a bit of grated parmesan cheese.
