White Bean Dip

Makes 1 Cup

Light and fresh, this dip pairs nicely with cherry tomatoes, carrots, red pepper slices, and any other veggies you may choose. 


  • 1 can cannellini beans (white kidney beans) – drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Purée until smooth.
