Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2/3 pounds chicken, cut up, skin removed
  • 2 cups orange juice or low sodium chicken broth
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:
  1. Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until done, basting frequently.
