Early Morning Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup dry curd cottage cheese (aka farmers cheese)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup apple juice (no sugar added)
- 1 banana
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
