Early Morning Smoothie


  • ½ cup dry curd cottage cheese (aka farmers cheese) 
  • ½ cup low fat or non-fat Plain Greek yogurt 
  • ½ cup 100% apple juice (no sugar added) 
  • 1 small banana 


Combine all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. 

Yield: 1 tall glass


  • Add extra water for a thinner consistency.
