Cranberry Chutney

Serves: 12+

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¾ pounds tart apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 – 2 bags cranberries
  • 1 cup (try less) honey – local is best
  • 1 ¼ cups cider vinegar
  • ½ Tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ Tablespoon ginger, ground
  • ¾ teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1/2 – ¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ pound raisins
Directions:

Place all ingredients in saucepan and cook 25 - 30 minutes.
