Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Servings = 1

(note: require pre preparation, frozen banana)


  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 1/2 small ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon honey – local is best 


1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth consistency is achieved.
