Banana Almond Butter Rolls

Makes 4 servings.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings (choose chocolate that is dairy-free and without refined sugar). Note:  If you can’t find chocolate, you could substitute coconut shavings.
  1. Cut each banana into four pieces. Use a knife to spread some almond butter onto each of the banana pieces.
  2. Put chocolate shavings into a plate. Roll each banana in the shavings. The chocolate shavings will stick to the almond butter.  Makes 4 servings.
