Papaya Smoothie

Servings =4


  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt - unsweetened
  • 1/2 large ripe papaya, peeled/seeded and chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey – local is best (optional)


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
