Chocolate Mousse


¼ cup unsweetened Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
1 package Organic Silken Firm Tofu
1.5 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter (or other favorite unsweetened natural nut butter)


1. Open the container of tofu and drain extra water.
2. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Allow mousse to chill in the refrigerator for an hour or so.
