Blueberry Beet Peachy Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes Makes: 1-2 servings

1 cup blueberries*
½ cup cooked, chopped beets
1 peach, peeled
½ banana, sliced
½ avocado, chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground if needed
1 cup kefir (or substitute with unsweetened almond milk or coconut water)

Directions: Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Note: You can use leftover cooked beets, or micro-steam them and allow to cool.

*For IBD-AID Phase II, you may need to strain out the seeds (as tolerated)
