Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes    Makes: 2 servings


  • 1 cup spinach, stems removed (if needed)
  • ¼ bunch dandelion greens, chopped, stems removed (if needed)
  • ½ cup parsley, stems removed
  • ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)


1. Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
