Quick & Easy Pumpkin Treat

  • ½ cup of canned pumpkin, unsweetened.
  • Optional:  cinnamon, honey – local is best, plain nonfat or low fat yogurt.
  1. Scoop the canned pumpkin into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add cinnamon, honey, or yogurt to taste if desired.
