Peanut Butter Banana Bread

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda  
  1. Take ingredients out of refrigerator in advance and let warm to room temp.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Grease mini pan with canola oil and dust with almond meal.
  4. Mash banana in bowl.
  5. Add peanut butter, salt, and egg.
  6. Mix with electric mixer for 1min.
  7. Add baking soda.
  8. Mix for another 1min.
  9. Pour batter into pan.
  10. Bake for 35min.
  11. Cool in pan for ~20min.
