Annual Performance Review
At least once a year, managers will formally document their employees’ performance and assign an overall performance rating. The employee will be given the opportunity to review, comment on and sign the appraisal. A copy should be given to the employee. The signed Performance Appraisal form is sent to Human Resources, so the overall rating can be recorded, and the appraisal form filed in the employee’s Personnel File.
