New Hire Performance Review

Probationary PicDuring the 6-month probationary period, employees should receive regular feedback. The manager will complete a formal Probationary Period Evaluation form evaluating the employee’s ability to perform the job, with a recommendation for retention or termination, prior to the end of the 6-month probationary period.
