Monday Mindfulness

Monday Mindfulness is a program that is part of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which has been implemented at UMASS since 1979, that provides instruction and opportunities for: reflection, mindfulness practice, dialogue, conceptual and experiential learning. Monday Mindfulness is held every Monday from 12:10-12:30 PM and you can even join from your desk.
