Lulu Xu - Quidditch Champ!

Our very own Lulu, along with the other members of the USA Quidditch team, won the Quidditch World Cup!

Lulu Xu, a student in the class of 2021 (and part of the PURCH program), has been playing quidditch for over 6 years now, starting with Boston University Quidditch. She currently plays for Quidditch Club Boston during the school year and the Boston Night Riders in the summer. She shared with us that it was an amazing experience to be selected to play at the World Cup in Florence with the best players across the country and bring the gold back to the US. (The US lost to Australia in the 2016 finals). There were 29 countries, and she felt it was a wonderful multicultural, competitive, but supportive event.
