Solidarity Week 2019

Solidarity Week for Compassionate Patient Care: February 11-15

The Gold Humanism Honor Society is sponsoring Solidarity Week, a nationwide event promoting person-centered care. Participating MS2-MS4s will complete “Tell Me More” posters with their patients by asking patients about their strengths, values, and passions – these posters will be hung at the bedside for the whole team to see. As part of the Veterans Gold Health Initiative, GHHS will also be raising awareness about Veterans Health during Solidarity Week. GHHS members will be handing out refreshments in the hospital cafeteria at lunchtime February 11-15 – stop by to celebrate humanism in medicine!
