Radiology Authors in Worcester Medicine Magazine
In a recent edition of the Worcester Medicine magazine - one of our fabulous residents, Dan Ratanski MD R1, wrote up our experience teaching about the risks of vaping and nicotine in the classroom.
The latest issue of Worcester Medicine [Vol 94, Num 4, Winter 2025], published by the Worcester District Medical Society included two articles from members of the UMass Chan radiology department. "Radiology in the Classroom: Using Medical Imaging to Educate Students on the Risks of Nicotine and Vaping" by Daniel Ratanski, Isha Gujrathi, Maria Barile, Carisa Lozoraitis and Lacey McIntosh.
The other article was by assistant professor Christopher Baker, titled "Convergent Versus Divergent Thinking: The Yin/Yang of a Balanced Medical Career."
