Letter from the Chair

Dear All,

 

Unfortunately, summer is starting to wind down, but I hope that everyone has been able to have some time to enjoy the intermittently good weather. In addition to the normal cadence of spring/summer events in our department: graduation, welcoming our new residents and fellows, summer interns; in this issue we also celebrate the accomplishments and recognition of several faculty and staff and features on work that Matthew Marini has done to reduce IR supply costs, and a look-back on the successful baseball career of Dr. Lacey McIntosh.
