Radiology Match - 2017 Residents

The Department of Radiology was pleased to learn that they "matched" for the 2016 graudating Medical Students who will begin Radiology Residency in 2017 after an internship year. One of the newly matched residents will graduate from UMass Chan this year - Marcos Bachman.
Match Day was held on March 18, 2016 in the Medical School Lobby. 120 graduating UMass Chan Medical Students learned their fate at Noon when, after a countdown, they all opened their Match envelopes. Cries of joy, hugs, cheers and some tears celebrated the occasion.
The newly matched 2017 residents are:
- Marcos Bachman – UMass Chan Medical School
- Derek Chicarilli – St. George's University
- Roberto Kutcher – Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine
- Joelle Wazen – University of Balamand
- Jojo Yeboa – Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University
Last year's Matched Residents will be arriving July 1, 2016:
- Alex Pavidapha, MD - Ross University School of Medicine
- David Radcliffe, MD - UMass Chan Medical School
- Evan Ruppell, DO - UMass Chan Medical School
- Van Vu, MD – Louisiana State University School of Medicine, Shreveport
- Venkatesh Murugan, MBBS – Government Medical College Vellore
