| Elective Description: Pulmonary Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital strives to give students a strong foundation in practical, patient-oriented problem solving in order to prepare the student to deal with the major issues in pulmonary medicine both during residency and later on in practice. In addition, the students will receive both a syllabus and series of didactic tutorial sessions dealing with the major symptoms, laboratory tests, and specific clinical problems seen by the pulmonologist on a regular basis. | |
