Elective Description: The purpose of this elective is to introduce students to emergency ultrasound. Under the supervision of emergency ultrasound faculty and fellows, the student will perform focused, bedside ultrasound studies on patients in the emergency department; participate in the weekly ultrasound lecture series; and participate in daily QA review of previously completed studies.
