Elective Description: : In this elective, the student may choose to participate in many different types of activities including: -Participate in research activities. -Experience how Mindfulness is incorporated into different clinical settings. -Work on special projects, such as developing Mindfulness materials for patients and families; lead guided meditations for UMass faculty, staff and students. -Help to develop a Mindful Medical Student Leadership Program. Based off of a Mindful Physician Leadership Program curriculum. |
