CCE & FCE EVOS Timeline

• Students Complete Pre-registration Survey: Survey will be e-mailed to students in early December
• Students attend CCE Careers in Medicine EVOS Session: 1/29/18
• EVOS opens to accept student preferences: end of January-early February (directions will be e-mailed to students)
• EVOS opens for 1:1 Changes to Thematic Section Order: end of February
• EVOS will be open to accept 1:1 student schedule changes for Clerkship site placements: Date is TBD, but will be around middle of March 2018 (students will get several days to request switches in e-value system, directions will be e-mailed prior)
• FCE EVOS: Process begins in middle of March (an e-mail will be sent to students with instructions) – Colleen Burnham in OUME is the contact person
