We are currently enrolling participants in a clinical research study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational drug. The study will examine if the study drug can treat symptoms of a major depressive episode while a person is on a stable dose of another antidepressant therapy.
Participants must
- Be 18 to 65 years of age
- Have been diagnosed with depression
- Be experiencing current symptoms of depression despite taking an antidepressant medication
- Be comfortable receiving IV medication
- Not be pregnant or have plans to become pregnant
Subjects will receive study drug and study-related care at no cost. Study participation will last up to 5 weeks, and then subjects will potentially be able to enroll in long-term follow-up studies afterward.
Compensation for time and travel will be provided for qualified participants.
