The Psychotic Disorders Clinical Services at the UMass Chan Medical School, UMass Memorial Health Care, provides specialized treatment for adults dealing with schizophrenia – a chronic, severe, and disabling brain disorder – and other forms of psychosis. Our clinical services include the Screening and Treatment of Early psychosis (STEP) Clinic, the Psychotic Disorders Specialty Clinic and the Early Psychosis Consultation Clinic.

Our areas of expertise include but are not limited to psychotic symptoms, metabolic side effects of antipsychotic medications, and co-occurring substance use problems.
