  Bo Han

I have a mixed background of experimental and computational biology, as well as software development.

During my PhD, I generated over 300 Illumina libraries for small RNA-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, GRO-seq, and genomic sequencing from genetically engineered Drosophila and mice. In the meanwhile, I developed computational tools for their analyses.

My current work as the Director of Computational Sciences at Intellia Therapeutics is on pipeline development and analysis of high-throughput sequencing data.
