Below are different resources that support you with learning and accessing the New Human Resources Job Description Management System (JDX):
1. JDXpert Webinar (access link) - If you would like to view the Job Description Management System training as a Recorded Webinar for a refresh, please click on the link to access and view the recorded webinar.
2. JDXpert System URL Link (access link) -To access and log into the JDXpert system and create your user account. Login instructions are below. Next step is to begin reviewing your current job descriptions. Please access the JDXpert Instructional Guide for Managers (access link below #3) for more login and system details.
JDXpert Create Account/Login Instructions
- To create your user account
- Enter your EMPLID for username
- Your EMPLID can be found on your paystub in HR Direct
- Click Continue Registration
- The user will need to select and answer a security question
- A temporary password will be emailed to the user
- The user can login to JDX using their EMPLID and temporary password
- Upon entry the user will be asked to update their password
- Enter your EMPLID for username
