Change in Hours Worked

If your work hours are reduced to less than 20 hours per week, you will become non-benefited and will no longer be eligible for benefits. If your work hours increase to 20 or more hours per week, you become eligible for benefits. For more information, please visit the Newly Benefited Employees section of the website.

Change in FLSA Status

If you are in a benefited, non-union position and change to another benefited, non-union position, your benefits will remain the same.

If you change from a union to a non-union position or vice versa, some benefits may be affected. Please contact the Benefits Department in the HR Service Center at 508-856-5260, option 1, for more information.
