Inclusive Identity Project

At UMass Chan Medical School, we encourage an inclusive campus community and environment. Through the Inclusive Identity Project, you can choose to securely enter your pronoun(s) and sex marker value in the HR Direct employee self-service system (click here for instructions) and update your pronoun(s) in the Microsoft 365 Teams application (click here for instructions). Sponsored by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Human Resources, the Project goal is to deliver an inclusive, respectful, seamless, and welcoming experience for you. Please note that future enhancements of practices and systems in support of the project goal are planned.
