Application Information

Fellows must be graduates of ACGME-accredited residency programs from the specialties of Family  Medicine, Pediatrics or Internal Medicine, or licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physicians Assistants.

Applications may be sent any time after July 1st for the fellowship year beginning August 1st of the following year. Fellowship acceptance is rolling and the total number of fellows each year will vary depending on the number of available clinical sites.

Your application should include: 
- Personal Statement (1-2 pages in length) 
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from the applicant’s training or program director

Accepted applicants are encouraged to begin the process of applying for Massachusetts licensure in January of the year their fellowship will begin.
