Strategic Goals

The department’s strategic goal for Community Health is to integrate community health into our family medicine practices, training/education programs and scholarship while engaging communities and community-based coalitions to improve the health of communities and populations.

• Partnership with community agencies
• Integration of population and community health practices into training
• Partnerships to implement and evaluate innovative and community-responsive models of health care
