Embodying Your Mindful Leadership Vision

"Tell me and I’ll forget. Show me and I may remember. Involve me and I learn."

~ Benjamin Franklin

May these words by Benjamin Franklin remind and inspire you, in any action you choose to pursue in alignment with your leadership vision, that the transformation you are seeking begins with your presence and the qualities you embody yourself as a mindful leader and ambassador. You don’t necessarily have to be a mindfulness expert to bring this vision to life – the passion, deeper inspirations and core values you radiate is very often enough for others (alongside you/peers, above you/your boss, below you/those you supervise) to begin to take notice, be curious, and perhaps even be inspired to join you in your vision. With compassion towards the self and others, and patience for wherever you and your organization are in the process, appreciate your capacity to influence change (big or small) within your teams, your organization, and community, just by embodying your passion and presence.
