Individual Opportunity Plan (IOP): Step 4 — Putting Your Plan into Action
You can use the IOP to plan for resources, mentorship, acquiring new skills. Consider what resources you need to accomplish each objective successfully.
For each Objective list on your IOP worksheet:
- What resources are required: time, money, space, personnel, equipment, materials or subjects
- What help you need: mentors, collaborators, community partners
- What new skills are necessary and how you will acquire them.
Use this information to produce an action plan or proposal to implement the objective.
