Alexei Bogdanov, PhD, WMIS Fellow

Alexei A. Bogdanov, PhD recently learned that the World Molecular Imaging Society (WMIS) has named him Fellow of the Society. The letter informing him of this honor stated, "It is with the greatest pleasure that we write to inform you that this year the Awards Committee of the World Molecular Imaging Society has unanimously voted to select and name you a Fellow of the WMIS. Your outstanding contributions to the field of molecular imaging, exuberant and continued support of the society have been identified by the Committee as meriting WMIS Fellowship... Please accept our sincere congratulations on this well-deserved appointment.

According to the WMIS website; "The World Molecular Imaging Society is an international scientific educational organization dedicated to the understanding of biology and medicine through multimodal in vivo imaging of cellular and molecular events involved in normal and pathologic processes and utilization of quantitative molecular imaging in patient care."
