Thesis: KRAS Withdrawal in Cholangiocarcinoma leads to Immune Infiltration and Tumor Regression
 
Youwei completed his PhD at UMass Chan Medical School (laboratory of Dr. Wen Xue), where he investigated the interplay between KRAS and the anti-tumor immune response in cholangiocarcinoma. In the Freed-Pastor laboratory, Youwei is investigating the Cancer Dark Proteome and working to develop effective cellular therapies for pancreatic cancer patients.
