* Prior to completing a Internal Experience Request Form, students should contact IMEP (via email at:  IMEP-GHP@umassmed.edu) to confirm whether or not the Internal Experience Request Form is the correct documentation that is needed for their proposed international experience. The Internal Experience Request form may not apply to all proposed international experiences.
