BUG: Main Menu item shortcut set to open in new window does not work

ISSUE

When setting the shortcut target to Open in a New Window, it does not work on the Main Menu. It always opens in the same window regardless of the setting.

RESOLUTION

Now when the shortcut target is set, the main menu item will open according to it's settings: same window or new window/tab.
