Located in multiple locations, we provide the framework and endless support to all UMASS community. 

Got a question about IT service or need support? We have several ways you can get in touch with us, from self-service to contacting Help Desk directly, you'll find what you need below.

Self-service

We recommend browsing the “How Do I” section for answers to common questions. If you are unable to find the answers you need, you are able to submit a ticket or get in touch via the Help Desk Portal.
