A new way of requesting assistance with our university’s content management system, Optimizely CMS, formally known as Episerver, is now available. A new service catalog Content Management System (Optimizely) has been created in ServiceNow with a form for each type of request:
We have also retired “Episerver” in our ServiceNow ticketing system, replaced by “Content Management System (Optimizely)” as the application to select when opening an Incident or Application Request.
In addition, we have a new email address that can be used for questions or feedback on our content management system: OptimizelyCMS@umassmed.edu. There is also a new UMass Chan CMS Yammer community to get the latest news, updates on issues, and new functionality in Optimizely CMS.
