Answer for April 8, 2013

Pathologic Q waves are present in leads 3 and F, and possibly in lead 2. This finding indicates an old (completed) inferior MI. Tw wave inversion can be normal in lead 3, but the Tw flattening or inversion in lead avF is likely part of the same original injury.
