April 4-6, 2019, Philadelphia, PA: 2019 Northeast Group on Educational Affairs (NEGEA) Annual Conference, hosted by Perelman School of Medicine, has a student discount available for $100 requires valid student ID to quality. Meeting includes dedicated half day of workshops designed specifically for medical students and residents. Learn More

April 17-21, 2019, Philadelphia, PA; 2019 Annual Medical Education Conference, hosted by Student National Medical Association (SNMA). Registration rates vary by member/nonmember status. Detail to be announced.

April 25-27, 2019, Chicago, IL: Association for Surgical Education (ASE), Surgical Education Week. Discounts available for students. Learn more

May 3-6, 2019, Chicago, IL: American Urological Association Annual Meeting, medical student discounts available $25 before February 20 and $100 after. Learn more

June 8-11, 2019 Roanoke, VA: IAMSE Annual Meeting, "Adapting to the Changing Times in Health Sciences Education,"student discount available and requires a letter from dean/department chair on university letterhead to verify student status emailed to support@iamse.org due January 15th. Travel grant was available for students with accepted posters due December 15.

August 24-28, 2019, Vienna, Austria: International Association for Medical Education (AMEE) Annual Meeting), offer discounted rates for medical students. Registration for teleconference is $125.

November 8-11, 2019, Phoenix, AZ:  Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Learn, Lead, Serve. Student/Resident/Fellow registration rate available. Information to be announced.

January 30-February 2, 2020, Portland, OR: Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM), student travel $500 grant is available and free conference registration. Faculty nominates a student interested in family medicine as a STFM Student Scholar. Registration will open mid-October 2019.  Learn more
