Change of Plans Notification

The UMass Chan Immigration Services Office is your visa sponsoring department. Therefore, if your arrival at UMass Chan is delayed or there are other plan changes and you are missing your scheduled Immigration Services Office visit, the UMass Chan Immigrations Service Office needs to be notified immediately.

This office is responsible for updating any necessary paperwork and, if applicable, notifying the appropriate government offices. Please contact the Immigration Services Office directly by email at immigrationservices@umassmed.edu or by phone at (508) 856-5260 (option 3) to notify us if your arrival is delayed or your plans have changed.
